Here’s What I’m Trying To Solve for Consultants

The 4-day week is not a concept to be explored for corporate employees alone, but for independent experts (consultants, advisors, trainers) too.

I think most of us strike out on our own to maximize both our income and our time freedom. But somehow, given how we run our business, many of us end up overburdened and underpaid.

This is the core problem I’m interested in solving, i.e. how can independent consultants and boutique founders build wealth both in terms of money and discretionary time.

I think this can be achieved through a combination of:

👉 Identifying high-value markets aligned to your expertise

👉 Pricing for value, not time

👉 Designing repeatable and scalable services

👉 Focusing on high-yielding activities in your business (planning, marketing, sales, delivery)
