Around that time, I hosted the Future of Consulting Summit, where I interviewed consulting leaders about how AI, pricing shifts, and client expectations were changing the way firms grow.
From those conversations, I built something to take those insights further and make them actionable.

It was designed as a small group, hands-on experience, three hours per day for three days, where we worked together to:

โข Package and price a premium offer that actually sells
โข Craft messaging that cuts through the noise
โข Map a clear 90-day plan to move forward faster
The goal was to help consulting leaders think more intentionally about how to grow in 2026 and how to compete with clarity in a rapidly shifting market.
