What the Dubai Future Forum Revealed About the Future of Business and Consulting

I attended the Dubai Future Forum at the iconic Museum of the Future, a global gathering of thinkers, innovators, and policy leaders exploring how the world of business, economy, and society will evolve in the years ahead.

In the weeks leading up to it, I had been deep in conversations about the future of consulting, through the summit we hosted, the leaders we spoke with, and the ideas we debated.

It was a great opportunity to step back and look at the bigger picture.

For me, this was not just about curiosity. It was about understanding how the future will reshape the way businesses create value.

How emerging systems, technologies, and economic models will redefine what businesses expect, and how we prepare for that shift.

As I continue building toward my workshop on 2026 Roadmap for Modern Consulting, this event helped connect the dots between foresight and practice.

I came back with plenty of ideas worth reflecting on and sharing.
