The volume has simply exploded.
And you cannot just outsource judgment. You cannot just paste it all back into the LLM and say “decide”. Client nuance, commercial risk, tone, trade offs, those still require your experience. Sometimes you need more time to think or sleep over it to make decisions and recommendations.
So maybe writing and research got faster. But discernment has definitely become heavier.
