This One Thing Can Significantly Boost Your Growth

Consultant, by now you’ve probably identified 3 or 4 big priorities to accomplish this year. That’s a solid start. But here’s the catch:

Trying to tackle them all at the same time.

It’s a common trap for consultants with limited resources (mainly time), and today I want to share a concept that can help you avoid it.

When you attack multiple priorities simultaneously, progress often stalls. You spread yourself thin, and by come July, none of them are fully accomplished.

The solution is to focus on your “leveraged priority.”

This is a concept I learned from Demir Bentley. A leveraged priority is the one thing that, when completed, simplifies or enables the rest.

For example, if your priorities are:

🎯 Increasing lead flow
🎯 Hiring talent for a new line of business
🎯 Creating an attractive offering/solution for that line of business

Ask yourself: which of these makes everything else easier? In most cases, it’s creating the offer/solution. Without it, hiring or lead generation won’t gain traction.

I know what you’re thinking – there’s no way you can focus only on ONE priority because there’s so much to be done.

In my experience, there’s ALWAYS a leveraged priority among your list of priorities.

Identify it. Finish it. Then move on to the next.

It’s simply way faster that doing everything at once.
